The Bullet Point Survey is aimed at those properties that fall out of the scope of the Homebuyer Survey and Valuation due to their age or design type but appear in reasonable condition as well as the purchaser who requires the peace of mind of a more detailed inspection with a brief to the point report.

The inspection is in the same detail as a full building survey but the report concentrates on serious structural defects and essential repairs which require attention within six months. The surveyor will offer a clear and impartial opinion on what is found and will explain how they reach their conclusions.

There are also guideline budgets for any essential repairs identified and this may assist you in negotiating the sale, and help you plan and prioritise a maintenance and repair programme.
