All residential survey and valuation work is carried out by the principle partner, Neil Phillips, who has over twenty years experience in the local property market and is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association (ISVA).

We try to make appointments on the day of receiving the instruction and dispatch Valuations reports and Homebuyers Surveys to the client  within 48 hours of the inspection and Building Surveys within five working days.

We are able to email finished reports if required to both the client and their legal representative.
